FAQ

How do I add my photo?

There's an upload field on every photo product page, just above the Add to cart button. Attach your picture there and it travels with your order — a clear phone photo is fine. If what you send won't reproduce well at this size, we email you before making anything.

How long does delivery take?

Every piece is made to order, so allow two to three weeks to a US address for most items. The exact window for each piece is listed under Details and care on its product page. A tracking link reaches you by email as soon as your parcel ships.

What materials do you use?

It varies by piece, and each product page lists its own. Most are plated alloy, stainless steel or titanium steel finished in gold-tone, rose gold-tone or silver-tone. We say “tone” rather than claiming solid precious metal, because that is what they are.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Take it off before showering, swimming or the gym, and keep perfume, hairspray and hand cream away from it. Store it dry. Treated that way the finish lasts a long time; stored damp or sprayed with scent, any plated piece will dull eventually. The stainless steel pieces are the most forgiving.

Can I return something?
