Track Your Order

Every order is tracked from the moment it leaves us. Here is how to find yours.

The quickest way

When your parcel ships we email you a tracking link. Open that email and click the link — it goes straight to the carrier's live tracking for your parcel. This is the fastest route and it needs no account and no password.

Can't find the email? Check your spam and promotions folders, and search your inbox for LevNSoul. Shipping emails sometimes land there.

From your order confirmation

The confirmation email you received when you ordered contains a View your order link. That page updates as your order moves through production and shipping, so it is worth keeping.

When tracking has not moved

Two things are normal and neither means your parcel is lost:

• Nothing for the first few days. Your piece is being made. Tracking only starts once it is handed to the carrier.
• No scans for several days in transit. Parcels often travel a long way between scans.

Most orders reach US addresses within two to three weeks of being placed. The estimate for a specific piece is on its product page under Details and care.

Still nothing?

If tracking says delivered but nothing arrived, check with anyone else at the address and your local carrier first — parcels are often left with a neighbour or in a safe place.

If it is still missing, or tracking has not updated in over a week, email levnsoulbrand@gmail.com with your order number. A person reads every message and we will chase it for you.
