Shipping and delivery
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How long it takes
Every piece is made to order. Nothing is stamped out in advance and kept on a shelf, which is why this is not next-day delivery.
- Preparation: 1–2 business days, plus production time for personalised pieces.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within two to three weeks of being placed.
The estimate for a specific piece is shown on its product page under Details and care. Some items are quicker and some are slower, so check the one you are buying. If you are ordering for a particular date, give it a month to be safe.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking link once your parcel ships. If the tracking has not updated for several days, that is usually normal in transit — but email us and we will look into it.
Shipping cost
Shipping charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
We ship to the address entered at checkout. Please check it carefully. If you spot a mistake, email levnsoulbrand@gmail.com immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch, but not afterwards. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable can be resent, with postage payable again.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows delivered but nothing has arrived, check with anyone else at the address and your local carrier first. If it is still missing, email us and we will help resolve it.
